  My partner and I had given this establishment several tries together and apart.
  
  My first experience was today, was greeted with an abrupt "YES" when we asked if we could sit ourselves, we then waited for 10 minutes before any further acknowledgment.
  It wasn't busy at all, only 2 additional covers.
  
  We sat patiently until we were then acknowledged with "I'll be with you in a minute" as I can't convey tone via text let just say it wasn't warm or welcoming.
  
  My partner's previous experiences was not much dissimilar.
  
  Every time she had left without eating so we can't critic the food which to be fair sounded and looked delicious.
  
  Unfortunately the service let's the tea Room down.
  
  Being local and living barely a minutes walk away we would have used this place if the service was better.
